Membership of the Committee is made up of representatives from Planning, Public Works, Code Enforcement, Water, Fire, Assessing and Police.
About the Committee
The City Planning Board is authorized to delegate its site review duties in regard to minor site plans to a committee known as the Technical Review Committee (TRC). The TRC shall have authority to accept or reject applications and to approve or disapprove applications for minor site plan approval. See Chapter 89 Technical Review Committee of the City Ordinances.
