Planning Board Meeting Schedule
Engaging in the Planning Board process may be required for the construction, expansion, or opening of a new or existing business, development, or home. These types of projects must meet the local zoning, site plan, and subdivision requirements, as may be applicable.
NOTE*
The Planning Board Application has been updated to include the Conditional Use Permit and Minor Site Plan Applications.
Reaching Out to the Planning Director
Your first step is to call the Planning Director or Assistant Planner at 603-527-1264. We will talk with you through your project to determine which regulations might apply, direct you to the appropriate application(s) for your project, guide you through the Planning Board process, and advise you if there are any other boards and/or commissions you may need to contact.Helpful Resources

The process is a 2-month process from presubmittal to Planning Board, however most applications are approved in a single Planning Board Meeting.NOTE*
