Walker Consultants, the firm conducting the Downtown Urban Study for the City, will hold a public information meeting at 6 pm on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at the Belknap Mill to obtain input from residents and businesses on mobility and parking concerns in the Downtown area. The Downtown area that is being studied is bounded by Beacon Streets East and West, and by the River and the railroad tracks.
Public Works and the design/construction team will also hold a public information meeting at 7 pm on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at the Belknap Mill on the plans to rehabilitate the City’s parking garage.
The presentation will include an analysis of the feasibility and costs of the public’s suggestions collected earlier in the process.
