The Department of Public Works (DPW) will oversee reconstruction of sidewalks along Whipple Avenue. The DPW's contractor, Busby Construction, will begin work on either Monday, 4/8, or Tuesday, 4/9, by cutting pavement. Before installing the new asphalt sidewalk, tree stumps in the right-of-way need to be ground down.
