In accordance with the State of New Hampshire law RSA 75:8-a, the City of Laconia has completed an update of value of all real property as of April 1, 2023. This assessment is based on fair market value using market data from April 1, 2022, through March 31,2023.
This allows municipalities to assess properties accurately, fairly, and at true value.
Please do not use the current tax rate to calculate your taxes. Doing so will result in an inaccurate tax liability. The Department of Revenue Administration will adjust the tax rate prior to billing.
