The Bieniarz award
is presented annually by the Laconia City Council to a resident of the City based on his/her outstanding service to the youth of the community.
This award was established 36 years ago in memory of Police Officer Debra Bieniarz who served the City and its youth with devotion, dedication and distinction.
Written nominations will be accepted until 4:30 pm, Friday, November 10, 2023.
