One of the City's largest growing sports
Pickleball is one of the City's largest growing sports.
In the summer you can find Pickleball enthusiasts playing at Leavitt Park and, during the colder months and rainy days, many sign up to play at the Laconia Community Center.

For more Pickleball, many of the Lakes Region's Die Hard Pickleball players coordinate through this website:
What is Pickleball?
"Pickleball is a simple paddle game played using a special perforated, slow-moving ball over a tennis type net on a badminton-sized court." It's been called the fastest growing sport in America. And one of the great things is that everyone who plays loves to share the game, so come on out and try it -- new comers are always welcome.
Did you know? There are estimated to be over 6 million pickleball players. Asking USAPA how many players there are is like asking NASCAR how many people drive cars.
