Applicant has submitted an Administrative Appeal of the Cease & Desist Order dated August 21, 2019 alleging that Winnipesaukee Weirs Pier LLC has expanded the use on the property (The Dive) without site plan approval from the Planning Board.

Applicant is requesting a variance from Article VI Section 235-33 Maximum Residential Unit Density to allow for the addition of two one-bedroom apartments above the existing garage.

ZO2019-0031VAR 950 Main St Variance (PDF)

Applicant is requesting a variance from Article VI Section 235-35(B) Side Setback to allow for the renovation of an existing building and the retention of an additional portion of the existing building beyond what was previously approved in June 2018.

ZO2019-0032VAR 88 Morningside Drive Variance (PDF)

Applicant is requesting a variance from Article VI Section 235-35(B) Rear Setback to allow for the installation of a 7’4”x 7’2” shed.

ZO2019-0033EQ 26 Teddington Way Equitable Waiver (PDF)

Applicant is requesting an Equitable Waiver of Dimensional Requirements from Article VI Section 235-35(B) Side Setback to grant an equitable waiver of dimensional requirements for a 2’1” encroachment into the side setback by the front corner of the house.  Encroachment was discovered after completion of construction and an as-built survey was done.

Applicant is requesting a variance from Article VI Section 235-35(A) Front Setback to allow for the construction of a 5’x 26’ farmers porch.
