Application ZO2019-0028VAR. Applicant is requesting a variance from Article VI Section 235-41(4) to allow for the addition of a detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) on a lot that does not meet minimum lot size.  Lot size required is 10,000 sf; existing lot is 9147.6 sf.
