Applicant is requesting a variance from Article VI Section 235-34 Minimum Lot Frontage to allow for a boundary line adjustment.  Lot frontage would be reduced by 18 feet from 85 feet to 67 feet.

ZO2019-0015SE 53 Walker St Special Exception (PDF)

Applicant requests a Special Exception from Article VII Section 235-41 (4) to create a detached Accessory Dwelling Unit.

Applicant is requesting a variance from Article VI Section 235-35(B) Side Setback to allow for the construction of a 12’ x 18’ shed.
