ZO2019-0021EXT 614 Endicott St. East requesting a six month extension for solar project.

ZO2023-0034VAR – 395 Main St. Applicant is seeking a variance for density from Article VI Dimensional Standards. Section 235-33 maximum residential unit density. To allow for the conversion of an existing building to a four unit sprinklered multi family residence.
