Reaffirm the May 3, 2016 decision of Planning Board to add back the language of Zoning Ordinance Chapter 235-17-E (2), Wetlands & Water Quality

This buffer originally was referred to Council at the May 3, 2016 Planning Board meeting, but never made it to Council. Since it already went through the public hearing and was referred, it just needs to be referred again. Language to read "(2) Within 30 feet from the top of bank on both sides of intermittent and perennial streams. These streams are shown on and will correspond to the latest version of the United States Geological Survey Map."
